TEMPO School Ski / Snowboard Field Trip

to Marmot Basin 2026

Date: Saturday, March 21st, 2026

Supervising Teachers: Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Bennett, Mr. Gannon, Mrs. Tamke

Destination: Marmot Basin Ski Resort - Jasper, Alberta

Itinerary: (approx.)

4:30 a.m. - Leave TEMPO School Parking Lot

7:30 a.m. - Breakfast stop at A&W in Hinton (at participant’s expense)

8:30 a.m. - Arrive at Ski Resort

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - ***Mandatory Ski/Snowboard lesson for all participants***

11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Free ski/snowboarding time (lunch on the hill at participant’s expense)

3:30 - 4:00 p.m. - Load bus

4:00 p.m. - Depart ski hill

5:00 p.m. - Dinner stop at A&W in Hinton (at participant’s expense)

8:30 p.m. - Arrive back to TEMPO School

Cost: ***NO REFUNDS***

• $178/student - no rental (includes lift ticket, 1 hour mandatory lesson, motorcoach ride, taxes+fees)

• $208/student - with rental (same as above with the addition of ski/snowboard & helmet rental)

Please note that one package is WITH rental and one is WITHOUT. If you select “NO RENTAL”, students will need to bring all their own equipment (skis, boots, and helmet). If you select “RENTAL”, students will be provided with the necessary equipment at the ski hill.
