TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

Kindergarten to Grade 12 (2026/27 school year)

Please read carefully. Should you have any questions, please contact the school directly.

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Once a payment plan is selected, please follow that schedule moving forward.

• Kindergarten deposit and tuition installment are due as outlined in the acceptance letter.

• Full installments are to be paid by September 15, 2026. Monthly installments start September 15 and must be paid by the 15th of each month. Interest of 7% has been added to the monthly installment amounts.

• A DISCOUNT OF 3% IS APPLIED TO ALL CASH PAYMENTS (AS REFLECTED IN THE SCHEDULE ABOVE)

• A $50.00 late fee will be charged monthly (compounded) on installments that are more than 7 days overdue.

• A $50.00 NSF fee will be charged for any payment made with insufficient funds.

• A one time, non-refundable $100.00 registration fee will be applied to all new registrations.

• Should circumstances require a student to withdraw from TEMPO School, the tuition fees (minus deposit) are refundable from the month following the month of withdrawal.

  Supervision After School (SAS)

• The fee for supervision is $15.00 per hour per hour, charged by half-hour, billed monthly

• A $50.00 late fee will be charged monthly (compounded) on SAS fees that are more than 7 days overdue

• All supervision ends at 4:20 pm sharp
